With the launch of CAEP online administrative system in March of 2008, much has changed in the way applications are handled. The system  continues to be improved, however from the feedback we have received it seems that the system is working well and is user friendly.

Important steps have been taken to ensure security. Completed applications are still important whether they are first submitted online or if they are submitted first as a paper application. It is also important that the acceptance agreements are also either initialed by the participant or the paper application is attached to the online file.

Applications submitted online should be completed by the participant and then reviewed and verified by the country partners.

New features are being added and updated constantly. Notifications will be sent out via quarterly newsletters to communicate any essential changes.
