Become a CAEP Host

Our program is designed to match businesses (mainly in agriculture and rural business) with qualified trainees from around the world.  Our applications and requests for training positions come in from over 50 countries.  Our trainees have previous work experience, a strong motivation to learn in the United States and an interest in experiencing a foreign culture.

Why hosting an international trainee will help you!

  • Experience another culture without leaving home and increase workplace diversity
  • Teach someone valuable skills they will use to build their future
  • Fill seasonal positions with motivated and talented professionals
  • Learn new ideas from other countries to improve productivity
  • Gain a friend, colleague or another international contact to have for the rest of your life
  • Leverage your business globally

We, on the exchange program team, are here to assist you with any questions or problems that hosts and trainees may have while involved with our program.  We have been a trainee or host, worked in agriculture, or have experience living in another country.  These experiences help us to understand what challenges (and joys) our host members and trainees may encounter.
