Our program is designed to match businesses (mainly in agriculture and rural business) with qualified trainees from around the world. Our applications and requests for training positions come in from over 50 countries. Our trainees have previous work experience, a strong motivation to learn in the United States and an interest in experiencing a foreign culture. Why hosting an international trainee will help you!
We, on the exchange program team, are here to assist you with any questions or problems that hosts and trainees may have while involved with our program. We have been a trainee or host, worked in agriculture, or have experience living in another country. These experiences help us to understand what challenges (and joys) our host members and trainees may encounter. Contact Us for more information All CAEP hosts are also members of the non-profit worldwide membership organization called Communicating for America.
