Winery Cellar Work
Cellar participants are involved in turning grapes into wine, learning how important the cellar is when it comes to making great wine. Work is physically demanding and requires long hours, especially during “crush” time.
Placement period: mid-August through mid-December depending on climate.

Enology in the United States
Do you have a passion for wine and a sense of adventure? Join CAEP and experience a season in a vineyard or winery. Many program opportunities exist in Enology - the science or study of wine making.
Harvest time placements are available in cellar, viticulture, and laboratory, with select placements of one-year in length.
Most opportunities are located in California, Oregon, Washington, and New York, with additional placements available in Colorado, Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas.
