Dairy Program Information

Dairy farming is a class of agriculture involved in the long-term production of milk, usually from dairy cows but also from goats and sheep, which may be either processed on-site or transported to a dairy factory for processing and eventual retail sale. The United States is the second largest dairy producer in the world, providing many opportunities for CAEP program participants to learn from well-established operations.

"CAEP gave me a great chance… my knowledge about wine making is really improved. I think without an organization like CAEP, it would have been very difficult to get a visa and a great job like the one I found."
